The Library of the Oriental Institute, Czech Academy of Sciences, invites you to the AI Knowledge Café: Librarians, Researchers & AI. Organized by Dr. Reysa Alenzuela of the Library of the Oriental Institute, Czech Academy of Sciences, this event will explore how libraries, researchers, and LIS professionals are engaging with artificial intelligence in shaping the future of information, science, and society.
Funded under the Strategy AV21 program, the event features both in-person and global online participation. The event will bring together 30 in-person LIS scholars, researchers, and practitioners for interactive table discussions, while welcoming up to 500 virtual participants from Europe, Asia, the Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. The program will include expert insights, collaborative discussion, and a moderated forum to reflect on the role of libraries and LIS research in an AI-driven world.
